  The best thing about this place is it’s location. You get to see the backwaters of Khadakwasla dam. The place has a small swimming pool and recreational facilities. I personally didn’t like the food that much. The rooms are well maintained and spacious.

  I am posting this a little late but better late than never. We had visited the villa a couple of weeks back and the experience was really awesome. The villa is well maintained, spacious, and has an amazing view of khadakwasla backwaters. The food being served is too good. I must appreciate the chef for this. All the staff is very helpful and friendly. There was some issue with the karaoke setup but they made sure to immediately give us an alternate arrangement. So overall, it definitely deserves 5 star rating.
Just a suggestion - One thing that i felt can be changed is position of the pool table. In its current position, its very conjusted to play pool freely.
