TERMS AND POLICIES
- All guests have to carry a government-approved photo ID (Aadhar or Passport or Driving
license) - Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited at the property, Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local police
- All the activities inside the resort premises are Common including Swimming Pool
- Consuming food or alcohol in the pool is prohibited
- CCTV cameras have been installed in certain common areas of the property for security reasons
- Guest Entry in Main Kitchens is strictly prohibited
- Guests cannot invite other guests during their stay
- Bachelor’s and Stag Parties are allowed subject to Resort Policies to follow & none of any illegal activities to carry out.
- Late-night parties and loud music beyond 10.30 pm are prohibited
- The pool does not have a lifeguard, so children must be accompanied by adults in the pool area and also on the terrace at all times
- We will not be responsible for any accidents/mishaps/injuries during the stay, but we also request our guests take all the necessary precautions
- Guests to take care of their valuables. No responsibility for any theft, loss or
damage at any time - If any rules are broken, guests will be politely asked to leave
- Security Deposit of INR 5000 to be paid at a villa in cash which shall be refunded at the time of checkout is subject to any damage made.
Timings:
- Check-in Time: 12:00 PM
- Checkout Time: 11:00 AM
- We request you leave the villa premises as per the checkout time so that we can serve the next guests on time.
- Early check-in & late checkout is subject to availability.
- A caretaker will be available at the guest’s service during the stay till 11:00 PM.
Meal timings:
- Breakfast: 9:00 AM _ 10:30 AM
- Lunch: 01:30 PM _ 3:00 PM
- Hi Tea: 4:30 PM _ 5:30 PM
- BBQ (If incl. in Package) : 7:30 PM _ 8:30 PM
- Dinner – 08:30 PM – 10:30 PM
Swimming Pool:
- Pool timings: 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
- Do not urinate in the pool to maintain hygiene for all.
- Eating, drinking and diving are strictly not allowed inside the pool.
Pets Rules:
- Pets are strictly not allowed on any of the sofas or on the beds
- Pets are not allowed in the swimming pool
FAQs
Yes, we do Provide Towels & Toiletries to our guests at the resort during their stay (except Tooth Brush, Shampoo).
At resort you’ll have Predefined Buffet Food Menu with variety, No ala-carte or in Room / In Villa Dining Available.
Only Orchestra or Guitarists are Allowed, Live DJ strictly prohibited to avoid heavy noise pollution & surrounding disturbance at night.
Certain common areas of the property are monitored by CCTV cameras & its surroundings are covered by huge retaining Wall.
There is Green Energy System (Solar Power) & Diesel Generator at the site to provide 100% Power Backup 24/7.
Yes there is sufficient parking for guests at the resort. In additional there is parking on the road outside the resort.
No, we don’t have any Pickup / Drop Services; Guests will have to drive through to resort by their own vehicles / Rental Cars.
Yes, we allow Pets at Resort, but Pets owner should be responsible for other guest’s safety from their pet during stay
As it’s an unlawful activity, Shisha / Hookah are strictly prohibited at Resort.
